- Initial meetings are 90-120 minutes, focused on gathering history and establishing goals.
- Follow-up appointments may vary in length, depending on individual needs.
- A brief summary of current medical history is helpful for your first appointment. List medical conditions, medications, and recent laboratory studies. All are relevant for our meeting.
- In office and telehealth meeting times are available Monday-Thursday mornings.
Billing:
- My practice is self-pay.
- I do not contract with insurance companies.
- Due to current Federal law, I am unable to treat Medicaid patients.
- Fees vary depending on service provided. Initial 90-120min. consultation fee: $500-$600*.
- For other fees, please call me.
- No shows are billed in full for allotted time.
- Detailed receipts are provided upon request.
- Payment is due at time of service.
- Cash, check, Zelle, credit and debit cards are accepted (*credit card payments will incur service fee).
