- Initial meetings are 90-120 minutes, focused on gathering history and establishing goals.
- Follow-up appointments can vary in length, depending on individual needs.
- If available, bring a brief summary of current medical history to your first appointment. List any medical conditions, medications, and recent laboratory studies. All are relevant for our meeting.
- In office and telehealth meeting times are available Monday-Thursday mornings.
Billing:
- My practice is self-pay.
- I do not contract with insurance companies.
- Due to current Federal law, I am unable to see Medicaid patients.

- No shows are billed in full for allotted time.
